“We now invite you to incorporate the following practice into your everyday routine: Stand on the ground, ideally grass, barefoot and take three deep breaths. Close your eyes and take a few more deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax completely.
Now, imagine Gaia as the ocean and yourself as a droplet within her. Sync your breathing to the roll of her waves, not separate but perfectly ‘one’. Next, feel roots of light stretch out from your root chakra, deep into the Earth, anchoring you to her.
Focus on your heart center and chant “ohm” on the out breath three times. Feel an ocean of love pouring into Gaia as you chant.
Now, wait for a moment in the silence with your eyes closed, intending to receive Gaia’s love back, and feel her response. Pay attention to any particular sensations throughout your body as you wait and don’t try to ‘create’ anything with your mind, just allow.
Everyone’s response back is going to be unique so if you do this in a group, also recommended, you may all feel something completely different and this is normal.
Finally, take a number of deep, centering breaths and with your eyes closed still, imagine yourself giving Gaia a huge long hug, thanking her for her incredible world.
Feel the depths of gratitude as you feel a ‘knowing’ that you are part of her and her wonders and all that she has chosen to endure and quietly, to yourself, say that you are now ready to assist her in humanity’s divine plan.”
